With rising incidence of breast carcinoma in Asian population, staging workup remains a crucial entity diseasemanagement and outcome. Bone scintigraphy for detection osteoblastic metastasis has remained convenient choice.However, the presence underlying lytic bony lesions sensitivity 99mTc-MDP bone scan is questionable when comparedto 18F-FDG PET-CT scan. We present case that showed better picking up early lesionsfor cancer.Keywords: carcinoma, scan, PET-CT.
